Ingredients for ½ cup (100 g) tahini dressing:
- ¼ cup tahini (65 g)
- 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
- toppings: fresh parsley, white sesame seeds, a slice of lemon
- food processor
- Put the tahini, lemon juice and garlic in your food processor and also add ¼ cup of water. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the dressing in a little jar and top with some fresh parsley, white sesame seeds and a slice of lemon.
