Ingredients for 1 chia oats pudding breakfast bowl:
- 2 cups homemade cinnamon hazelnut milk (2 x 225 ml)
- 1 cup oats (100 g)
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- toppings: any fruit, nuts, etc.
- Preparation: Add the oats, chia seeds and flax seeds to the cinnamon hazelnut milk in a bowl. Stir well and let it sit overnight in the fridge.
- Stir well again the next day and top the pudding with any fruits and nuts as you please.
