HOMEMADE CINNAMON HAZELNUT MILK

 

Ingredients for 3 cups of hazelnut milk (715 ml):

  • 1 cup hazelnuts (150 g)
  • 2 ripe Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

 

Utensils:

  • blender
  • nut milk bag

 

Recipe:

  • Preparation: Soak the hazelnuts overnight.
  • Rinse the hazelnuts thoroughly and let them drain.
  • Put the hazelnuts in your blender and add 3 cups (or 715 ml) of cold water, two Medjool dates and the cinnamon. Blend until smooth.
  • Hold your nut milk bag over a big bowl and pour the milk into the bag. Squeeze until all milk is in your bowl.
