Ingredients for 1 serving of sweet potato wedges:
- 1 big sweet potato
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp smoked paprika
- toppings: a piece of lime, fresh thyme, chili flakes
- Cut the sweet potato into wedges.
- Put the wedges on an oven rack.
- Sprinkle black pepper and smoked paprika on top of them.
- Bake the wedges in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 180°C (or 350°F).
- Serve the sweet potato in a bowl and add a piece of lime, fresh thyme and some chili flakes.
