Ingredients for 1 chia pudding breakfast bowl:
- 2 cups homemade almond milk (2 x 225 ml)
- 5 tbsp chia seeds
- toppings: any fruit, nuts, etc.
- Preparation: Add the chia seeds to the almond milk in a bowl. Stir well and let it sit overnight in the fridge.
- Stir well again the next day and top the pudding with any fruits and nuts as you please.
