RAW CHIA PUDDING

 

Ingredients for 1 chia pudding breakfast bowl:

  • 2 cups homemade almond milk (2 x 225 ml)
  • 5 tbsp chia seeds
  • toppings: any fruit, nuts, etc.

 

Recipe:

  • Preparation: Add the chia seeds to the almond milk in a bowl. Stir well and let it sit overnight in the fridge.
  • Stir well again the next day and top the pudding with any fruits and nuts as you please.
