CREAMY HOMEMADE ALMOND MILK

 

Ingredients for 3 cups of almond milk (715 ml):

  • 1 cup almonds (150 g)
  • 2 ripe Medjool dates, pitted
  • ½ vanilla bean

 

Utensils:

  • blender
  • nut milk bag

 

Recipe:

  • Preparation: Soak the almonds overnight.
  • Rinse the almonds thoroughly and let them drain.
  • Put the almonds in your blender and add 3 cups (or 715 ml) of cold water, two Medjool dates and the pulp of half a vanilla bean. Blend until smooth.
  • Hold your nut milk bag over a big bowl and pour the milk into the bag. Squeeze until all milk is in your bowl.
