Rice Porridge

I love nothing more than switching up my breakfasts. This is another combination that I really enjoy in the morning that really fills me up. I hope this rice porridge can inspire you a bit to change up your breakfast from time to time too. Enjoy!


  • rice flakes
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • ½ pomegranate
  • pumpkin seeds
  • grounded flax seeds
  • homemade almond milk


  • Put the rice flakes in a bowl and add as much water as needed until you have a creamy consistency.
  • Then add all your toppings.

And that’s it! It only takes about 5 minutes to create this yummy filling breakfast and it tastes heavenly. This is a perfect treat on a fall or winter morning and I hope you will enjoy this porridge as much as I do.
